Cary, NC (August 18, 2021) – North Carolina FC’s home match against the Chattanooga Red Wolves has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 9 at 3:00 p.m. ET. The match had previously been scheduled for Sunday, October 10. This match-up marks the third meeting between the two teams this season, with the first two matches resulting in a victory for the Red Wolves.
At the match on October 9, NCFC will host a RailHawks Throwback Night to celebrate the club’s 15th playing season since the RailHawks inaugural season in 2007. This match day will feature RailHawks branding around the stadium, RailHawks merchandise on sale, and recognition of former players that have been a part of professional soccer in the triangle. The current NCFC team will dress in new RailHawks uniforms for the match. Specific invitations will be sent out to NCFC and RailHawks alumni with more information on the event.
